For giggles I checked what Apple would give me for my iPad4 64GB WiFi iPad to use as trade for an iPad Air.

I was sort of surprised I could get $341.00.
It's worth more than that to me but at least they don't come along with a real low-ball price.

They offered $276 for me 3nd Gen iPad...Gazelle offered $241 for the same (including a bonus for taking an Amazon gift card). I might take this one since I can spend the money at Apple against my iPad mini Retina 128GB!

I sold my iPad4 64GB WiFi iPad on craigslist for $500 it only took one day.

Want to sell mine?

You either got very lucky or you have a hot local market for the iPad4 WiFi...
I've been watching different classifieds and also eBay..........for a used iPad4 WiFi 64GB, about $400 seems like the top price.
You might get $500 for a brand new unit but not used.

That's why I don't think the offer from Apple is to bad.
