Apple products launch freebies

Hey guys,

Has anyone been to any launches of Apple products/store openings, like he new store in Covent Garden or the launch of the iPad? Just wondered what kind of freebies they got, and if they had pictures. I remember someone saying they got a free tshirt at the Cov garden opening.

Would be really interested in what kind of stuff is given out!

I went to the Store opening in Lakeside Thurrock a few years ago, Got a free T-Shirt.

Apple is not noted for freebies. I am sure they will give away a few t-shirts or mouse pads, but giveaways are designed to attract customers and any Apple event does not need much incentive for customers. That being said, most stores that have long lines waiting to get in, may see the store provide refreshments or something to keep people happy.

Store giveaways are much more common than Apple sponsored freebees
