Apple AppStore is being strange

The AppStore claimed in the SpringBoard that it has one update. I went there and then it displayed "All apps up to date". Then the badge disappeared. Later it appeared again but then it gave this screen:


Any help? Is this the end of updates .

dont worry, mine sometimes goes a bit squiffy every now and then. I think it gets confused when you update over the air and when you update via itunes when hooked up to a PC.
Im sure all is ok but someone with more knowledge than me will be along soon.

But I don't synch with iTunes and now it keeps claiming having one update left. I'll just bear with it.

If you have (illegal app downloading thing that I cannot say) then that causes problems too. If you have it, delete it.

But I don't that app and I'm not pirating. The problem is gone but I have another small problem but I can handle it.
