Hi... Any app that can kill/shut dow properly all the open program simultaneously. Tq

If you are jail broken, there are a couple of tweaks in Cydia that will allow this (two off the top of my head are RemoveBackground and WeeKillBackground).

If you aren't jail broken (read: have a stock iPad) then I'm sorry, but there is no way to shut every app down at once. Sorry.
