do you want to edit your screenshot? i use "fit it free" from the appstore.

As indicated by 88raymond, a bit more info would help, what exactly do you want the app to do?

You can take screenshots on your ipad by pressing both the home and on/off button together briefly. The resultant screen shot appears in your photo app. Any app that can edit photos can then be used on it. Not sure what features you want specific to screenshots tho.
