I use Skitch myself to make annotated screenshots when answering posts and to hide any personal information in those screenshots. Skitch is free in the App Store and works with iPhone and iPad.

Yes u got my point to explain i problem sometimes I take shots so I can paste on my information.

I try it it's cool and as my requirement because some i ask questions on forum but screenshot show other thing now I can hidden them. Tks again
