App for organizing your desktop icons?

Does anyone know if there is an app available that will allow me to lump my icons into files? I would like to be able to have everything categorized together so I don't have to hunt. I tried just moving the icons around so that everything is arranged onto the different pages but that just isn't suiting my OCD needs (LOL).

I believe the new operating system OS4 will have folders, I am looking forward to that myself.

If you are jailbroken you can use Categories and Categories SB, but otherwise you have to wait until iOS
