Am I The Only 1 Not Upgrading ?

I am very happy with my iPad 2. I just purchased the Goflex satellite wifi hard drive and works great for my movies and music. I have Verizon 3G and love the option of turning this on when needed.

I just bought the 2 last week, the day before the 3 came out. I'm happy with the 2.

For me not make sense to change my iPad 2 for a 3. I don't see anything that I can use. I have a camera that have 14MP and I don't need that my screen look etter, for that razon, i'm happy with my ipad 2.

Just had a look at the iPad 3 side by side with the iPad 2 on release day. Yes there is no doubt the screen is a lot nicer but certainly not enough for me to pay an extra £80 as I just dont feel a need for any of the new features. Any day now Im expecting the delivery of my brand new iPad 2 which I cannot wait for as I feel lost without it. In terms of resale value a year down the line I reckon I'll be ok since I have just off loaded a 6 month old one for a brand new one. It also looks like I have sold mine just in time since the value in the UK is dropping even further with a sale on the other day for a brand new 16gb wi-fi model for £299 delivered, and now a lot of folk are struggling to get anywhere near £300.

I think we are the smart ones. After all, when another iPad is released, the one that is out now is sure to drop in price. As much as I love the iPad, I think some people are a bit obsessed with it. I don't understand the logic of actually waiting in line for one. But, that is just me! Keep the positive iPad 2 conversations coming!

I waited last year and the price dropped $60US and I bought one. I also found I needed a Mac computer to support it and bought the Mac. Book Pro. so I feel I have invested enough in Apple devices right now.

Its down to personal choice and your own circumstances. Have you owned an iPad before and what do you intend to use it for. Why dont you go to a store and compare the two of them side by side. Nobody can tell you which one to go for thats up to you, however I would say by going for the 2 you wont be at a disadvantage and with the money you would have spent on the new one you can probably use that for a decent warranty with accidental damage and a case etc.
