I play paradise island, lot better than this game now. And believe it or not, we get 1 golden piaster every 5 days as daily reward. 1 golden piaster is = 1 greenie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was playing that until I got to the part where you had to build the bridge to the 2nd island. That's where GI got very greedy and I saw the writing on the wall.

I've been playing hay day recently as an airport city substitute. It's fun,stress free,costs nothing to play and isn't broken! Gi take note!

Maybe the whole forum should just switch over to playing Hay Day! Wonder how GI would react to that if a whole bunch just up and left? They probably wouldn't even notice.

They probably think we're troublemakers anyway. Maybe they're trying to get rid of us.

But seriously, I never would have kept playing if it wasn't for this forum. It's kind of bonding to know other people are frustrated with the game too

I am done with Stonehenge so I think it may be time for me o update. I'm having a really hard time knowing that I won't be able to collect greens any more. Maybe just a few more....

I also thought that the update and the resultant loss of greenies would be devastating.
In the event it felt rather liberating and it got me less reliant upon the constant opening and closing. It gave me my life back which, co-incidental with the summer heatwave was rather nice. It also allows you to start the new quests with new destinations (but it is a tough one involving jumbo flights).
I am now slightly more careful in spending the greenies, but I have sufficient in hand to do the essentials plus a few nice-to-have things from future airships etc.
You will need to update at some point. My main fear in not updating was another total game crash and some resultant suspicious questions about my greenies from GI when I asked for a reset.

GI replied with the same rubbish giving info only of the blocking. And what words!!! "It has been deviced by our developers to prevent players gaining unfair advantage by changing date/time. It is working perfectly and we are HAPPY TO PREVENT CHEATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Sent back a strong reply to GI asking what actually was that advantage and when the new update will be released. I also put in a word for Janie (did not mention the name), telling that the game was blocked without any changes and that I am writing for my friends because I am worried about this thing happening to my game one day. A good lie, I suppose. I made it up or else GI would tell me to tell me to ask my friend to write about it. Lets wait for the response. Eugene seems to be replying faster than Yana.
