Yes, this is my airport. You should see "Flightcater/deicer"on my username instead of Speedangel.
Too bad you can't receive my gift. I have enough parking meter now. If you could send me other items on my signature, that would be great. Thanks!
 
I received parking meter from red dog, Air vent filter from Jimghjj2. I now have enough number of these two items. Thanks so much.
I did not receive helmet from Jbg364, no arch meter from thenisePS and Barbara59(Sian and David). :( But thanks for trying.

Well, gifting is more complicated than what I thought. Hope to see some improvement from GI in the near future though. They make the game So challenging but I still refuse to spend real money on the game. :p Anyway, I have fun joining this forum and visiting all your amazing airport cities! At least we gain some coins and passengers by visiting one another's cities. :)

Hi all, apologies for not being around for the last few weeks but I have been away.

Initially I was really mad that I had left my iPad at home, but my the looks of the forum, it was a blessing in disguise with all the time travel issues. My wife has been ticking things over while I was away but told her not to update until I had checked the forum.

Unfortunately I hit the wrong button and upgraded this morning :( oh well, hope I don't have too many issues.

Just got to spend the rest of the week going through the hundreds of forum posts to see what I have missed, unless someone can provide a quick summary for me ;)

I did notice you had visited last night, not sure about the gifts as my wife was just returning anything that came in so she did not notice who they were from.

Red Dog commented he had been getting his so she seems to have been doing a good job. She did tell me she had forgot to visit my neighbours though, so I did not have much in my collections when I got back :)

I'm back from a long powerless weekend. We had a really bad storm on friday that wiped out electricity. Some of our neighbours got hit pretty bad with fallen trees. A huge maple hit my next door neighbours house full on. We are quite lucky not to have any serious damage.
Anyway, I reconnected to wifi this morning to a message from GI saying they are looking into my problem. Which problem they don't specify. My so called cheating? My lost game? My lost friends? Who knows..... Lets wait and see. Same sh*t, different day :)

I am so effing pissed right now, I can't put it into words!
Decided to direct my anger to where it's supposed to go and created a new ticket.

And of course they chose this moment to send me a questionnaire to fill in about how their 'support' team is performing......... I don't know, what should I say? :mad: idiots!

They once sent me a survey without ever responding to my ticket. Nothing in spam folders; just no response. That was a fun survey to fill out!
 
I cant believe the problems you are having with this game and GI's inability to resolves them. Its absolutely ridiculous they have a game they want to encourage people to play but when there are problems with it they lie about you cheating and claim there is nothing they can do. They created the game, who else is better qualified to deal with it. I know they have been crap in the past but this really is the worst customer support. I feel so bad for you and can understand why you are so mad. Maybe we should all go on the app site and give them zero starts and really bad reviews for rubbish customer support

A quick catch up: GI is up to the usual tricks. The game is falling to pieces and they keep telling us it will be fixed in next update. Many of us are having problems with our gifts not being received by others and in return, we aren't receiving hardly any gifts. Some of us also can't add friends (the button is useless). A few who have major issues (Janie) and some who have just complained about the current situation, have been told by GI that they are time traveling and are cheaters. This is particularly infuriating since nobody has been going to the future! I think I've hit the main points but if I missed something, someone else can fill in.

Are you serious? Because I am ready to do so, I may go and really do that. I really have an intention of sending a mail to GI asking if the team takes our tickets seriously, if our problems are not fixed by the next update.
