So GI just closed my ticket. They couldn't fix my problem so they called me a cheater.
'They know how I feel' but it's irreversible.

I am so effing pissed right now, I can't put it into words!
Decided to direct my anger to where it's supposed to go and created a new ticket.

And of course they chose this moment to send me a questionnaire to fill in about how their 'support' team is performing......... I don't know, what should I say? :mad: idiots!

Expect nothing more from GI. In the feedback, maybe you can write a very harsh message, though that will have no effect.

By the way, what is gyro for? I have 3 of them already but I couldn't find it on the building requirement list.

I will try my best. It's so annoying that I have tons of solid fuel but it takes 2 hours to use one. Not to mention that I always get explosive bolt in the launch box but it takes 4 hours !! to use one. :(

Was adding small stuff and overtook you by accident. You can have first, hurry and add before time runs out. I will stop

I cant believe the problems you are having with this game and GI's inability to resolves them. Its absolutely ridiculous they have a game they want to encourage people to play but when there are problems with it they lie about you cheating and claim there is nothing they can do. They created the game, who else is better qualified to deal with it. I know they have been crap in the past but this really is the worst customer support. I feel so bad for you and can understand why you are so mad. Maybe we should all go on the app site and give them zero starts and really bad reviews for rubbish customer support

I just don't understand these people. They're all about the money but they don't seem to get it. Why would anyone spend hard cash on this game anymore if you can lose the whole game just like that?
I have often thought about telling them en masse about how we feel, even before my game broke down. I don't know how we would go about it though, maybe somebody has some ideas about how this could be done?
