Those of you who has contacted GI, what those it mean when your message is grey and not green? Does it mean that it has been clotured? Because they asked me for additional information, I sent them and no answer since, now I can't even send them another message.

Yes, when its grey it is a Closed request, another words case solved, mine have always come through my email account, it's linked to
Facebook , so you can reply to the email they have sent you, if not, you'll have to open up a new request

I'm really impressed with you guys for keeping up the good work by trying to make this game better by sending notes to GI... I myself has given up a looooong time ago. I think it's great that you all give them feedback on the game, what could be better, what doesn't seam to work correctly and so on. It's just really unfortunate that GI doesn't appreciate it more, whey should be super happy for receiving free feedback and advice on how to improve the game.
Keep up the good work!
I'm also a bit selfish, one of my problems is I was never able to watch the video that rewarded $5, it never popped up and I really want those 5$
the second problem is about people who can't visit me, but I think they'll never sort out that one.
