Game insight put them on their Facebook page and twitter. They are for android but seem to work on the ipad. Although having said that this time it did not work for me the first few times I tried but then it did!

I had to go check in the apps store to see that there was an update. Seems zoom is fixed but not the username issue. I suggest everyone put in a support inquiry about the "username" issue. Click on the G then go to support and open a new ticket.

Meanwhile, it looks like we'll be flying to new cities for the next 20 days. It looks like you can "kill" the ghosts in neighbor's cities, so I'll get them in your city if you get them in mine. It also seems like you have to do the quests on order to get the items that will help with the new collections. I'm NOT spending any cash as long as the issues remain.

So it looks like the update has happened for iPad, but not for iPhone.

I raised a ticket with a lot of issues (usernames, scrolling, nulls dropping & zoom) the other day and just the standard response. It's a shame because this game is really challenging and addictive.

My final point was how expensive it is to upgrade your airport with green cash.

They didn't respond to that.

I also asked if they could give us (as a gesture of goodwill) a shed load of spare parts (that haven't been dropping from guest planes) and some green cash.

They didn't respond to that either.

Why should be paying such a high premium for upgrades (even with the 300% deal) when the game is inferior and problems take ages to resolve?

Strongly agree on all points. It"s almost as if they want people to just pay for everything by buying cash.
