It sounds like you started 2 launches. There is always a delay when you press "start a launch" and if you press it again because you think that it hasn't started then it starts another one. You only see one but your neighbours see 2.

Sian and David (level 35) Have the usual plus mower, ATM, whiskey, welder, radar, sandbag, towel, video wall, googles, cognac, stapler, power source, makeup, cash counter, lining plate, cooling chamber, master plan, gyroscope, controller. I joined Calumlfc's second launch a few hours ago to help out but I'm sitting in the capsule all by myself. I'm going to get rid of some solid fuel and just let the timer run out on this one.
