I was in identical situation and I decided (to be honest I've been forced to) to pay for one slot. When I sent the complaint to GI, they asked me to send screenshots showing Repair Base with no empty slots, which obviously I couldn't provide. The only thing I could to was to write a warning on this forum.
Frenetta, how did you convinced GI to return those 5 greenies?

I just complained. I had sent a screenshot on a different problem in the same ticket so maybe they just took me at my word on the repair slot. It did take them a long time to resolve it though.

Exactly how did this whole thing start again??? Wasn't this their problem to begin with? Well, at least you are important enough to have moved up to the next level of support (they threw it over the cubicle wall!) Thanks for today's giggle!

No it's just that almost all the time the players are written as username and I can't visit them. It was ok just a few minutes ago but unfortunately it never lasts.
