Thank you all my neighbours for the shears, will keep sending the same too.
For the first time ever last night I was able to see usernames, avatars n no one was greyed out!! Shocking. Unsurprisingly I checked this morning and it's back to username and grey. I guess there was a fault on my device that allowed me go visit neighbours and c avatars and names!!

On a separate issue I accidentally bought a powerful jet plane for 44000.i don't need it. Do u think GI will reimburse me? Or will I just have to count it as one of those mistakes.

@rob6962 - also have issues connecting to people; at first it was incredibly slow, with regular crashes. Still not happy.

Same and gifts partially reset as well so can send more than 20 I think but not sure if some neighbours are getting 2 but from previous posts looks like they might be.

Lucky you,

Used all my shears that I got as gifts, and only got two flowers. But mind you my game only went over to the quest now. So I will be returning all your shears when it resets tomorrow.
