So, when I went to update my signature, I noticed that I had the bug where you get to gift some extra times. When I went to gift, I noticed that the last 3 people I had gifted this morning no longer showed that they had received a gift. I re-gifted those 3: Red Dog, Marsm and Mai. Did you get 2 gifts from me today or just 1? I have a feeling that when the bug happens, it actually takes away gifts from the last people you gifted and makes them available again. That's my theory.

Just one, I think.

Unlucky - I feel for you. I had exactly the same situation with the xmas quest - got stuck on one collection and nothing dropped. Never did get my tree...

Gi has just given me 10 bank notes to replace my second repair slot! It was so long ago I'd given up hope of getting anything resolved. I then got an email asking me to rate the support I'd received. Well I couldn't pass that opportunity up. I said that yes they had sorted that one problem but still hadn't sorted the game bugs out. I then gave them a list of what was still wrong with the game,usernames,visiting friends etc.
I haven't been asked for my opinion before,probably won't be asked again either! Has anyone else been asked?
Needless to say the cash will be going to additional land on the next land cut price sale and not a second repair slot.(which was only bought because of a finger slip)

That's great! I have a running ticket with GI. Every time they respond to one question I send them another. I got a response last week about losing a slot if I upgraded my Repair Base and they said that they'd tested the game and that it was stable (How do they define stable?) and that the probability of losing the slot was slight but if I did they would 'fix' things. So . . . My Repair Base will be completed in about 7hrs. I'm upgrading while the ticket is still open so if there is a problem I can just add to the ticket.

Well that sucks! See what happens when your timer runs out. Maybe you'll still be able to visit TCs and launch even if you don't get your own TC. Keep us posted.

You don't lose additional slots when upgrading your repair centre.

Some players on this forum did. There were no free slots and Jimghjj also lost the purchased one - that's why GI reimbursed 10$. I think it happened after the Xmas update.

Yes that happened to me too. I was too lasy, and stopped arguing with GI after the third time they asked questions I had already answered, and spent 5 green bills on a new slot. So thank you to those who have the energy to keep the ticket open...

To be exact I didn't loose an additional slot because I didn't have one, but I lost the standard slot, and ended up with no slot at all

I guess this happened because I upgraded while a plane was in and being repaired.

Well that's all my space quest buildings sold. What a waste of a fortnight. I've also deleted off any neighbours that got greyed out in the hope hat I can add you again and be able to visit you.

In the meantime, any of you lovely people that have ergonomic chairs and archive boxes to exchange, they would be most appreciated.

Eventually shelled out 20 green ones to complete the treadmill before the quest time runs out. Just need to get some friends to help me with the launch, so if anyone can help, I would be grateful.
