GI's response to my last support ticket:

"Our engineers are well aware of the issues with searching items for a Treadmill which can only be obtained from the Training Center which, in turn, will appear only after the first rocket launch. So we have got something like an endless circle here and at the moment the necessary items can only be found in friends' Training Centers. The developers have already detected the root of the problem and are taking appropriate measures to troubleshoot it. The same with the username issue, which in fact was thoroughly investigated, and we believe the next update will finally fix it as the developers seem to have found the proper solution. The Airport City on one of our support team's iPad has the same username trouble, to be honest, so we are looking forward to the next release as well as you are."

Hi, I can again visit most neighbours but not you, I was wondering if we deleted each as a contact then sent a new invite if that would fix the problem? Let me know if you want to try it.

Gee... That's the most acknowledgement of the problem I've seen from them.

For the people who haven't collected their first threadmill collection by now, this is what i did:
I made a list of neighbours who had a training center. And I made sure to use all my visits for neighbours who had training centers. I'm at level 7 heart so I could visit something like 8 or 9 people. If a neighbour didn't have a training center i searched for another. By now it shouldn't be a huge problem to find that many neighbours with a training center anymore.

I did that and got one item for the treadmill that I already had. That's it. Drop rates on my planes today continue to be horrible. This is so bad!

I restarted my iPad and I now have access to the launch.... For some unexplained reason I already have 400 points and 20 hours to go... I will push on by myself.. If anyone wants to join, feel free to do so... Username is Marsm.

Don't close the launch window as it doesn't,t seem to open again. Tried not to start a launch until you have either green cash need around $40 as its about $3 per 120 points or at least 1000 points in space stuff if you have neighbours.

Hi guys!

I just want to share some more info before you make a launch:
1. Make sure you have at least 3 or 4 main stabilizer. Stabilizer will give 120 points and can quickly refresh. So you can add more main stabilizer.

2. Other items like large fuel tank etc takes longer to refresh and has smaller points. So, if you intend to use smaller points item, make sure you join someone else's launch that still has plenty of time before the launch.

3. Since it takes 1600 points to launch and up to 3 people can join, please try to contribute at least 1/3 of that points. If only 2 will launch, then need to contribute 1/2 of that points. For list of items and their respective points, please see post from Sian & David.

Good thing Ircro & I just got the weekend bonus and can buy items in order to make it to 1600 points, if not we would have to start from scratch again. Hopefully my tips can help you guys successfully launch.
