You get the training centre after you launch your first rocket. I think the alien legacy is the building you get when you complete the space odyssey collection.

Great - time to get my first rocket off then... still need a few items though to get that done.

For the people who I cannot visit (and most of us I think like fred and frannie). Have you tried a device reset with the application closed?
As in:
- Press home button twice to view multitask bar
- hold your finger on the airport city icon until it starts to wiggle
- close the icon by pressing the red minus sign
- turn off the device completely by holding the button on top of the ipad
- after a few secends turn on the device again.

This will reset the game's cache and solved some problems with other application updates for me.

DO NOT remove the application from your iPad, only close it from within the multi-task bar.

The theory wasn't that you could then visit everybody, but that your game would be updated to the servers so people could visit you again.

But.. I tried looking for you and I still can't visit you. However, at first I couldn't see your avatar and after the reset now I can.

I always have problems with these quests - they seem to be geared for low levels players - I had to sell off my "big planes" in order to buy the smaller ones to get flights going to Cape Caneveral. GI should allow for building more hangars!
