So today I got an email from Kate saying that she was going to close my ticket as she had not heard from me. I told her that her last request was that I update my game and try the code again but I could not see a new update. She then replied that I should update my game and input the code and let her know the result! Do these people ever read our emails?!

Ha! They closed my third ticket today. They don't respond to specific questions, especially if they might be difficult.

So GI keeps telling me I fiddled with the date/time settings. The truth is that I never did! Not even once.
From what I can see my problems are no different from what a lot of forum members are experiencing. Except that I happened to lose my game just before all these troubles started.

GI tells me that my game has been blocked and my punishment is to have: 1. No social privileges and 2. No special offers
The reality is that I still have friends that can see me and gift me. I'm still accepting new neighbours and some people actually receive my gifts. As well I get all special offers, incl 50% off sales and expansion sales.
So I'm thinking that I haven't actually been blocked because if I was I wouldn't be able have any of those things right?
If this is what being blocked is then in my opinion that would mean a lot of forum members have been blocked as well!

I just don't think these people are reading our tickets properly and now that my game has been marked as blocked in their system I'm not going to get anywhere with them because they think I'm just mad 'because I was blocked'.
They did initially restore my game and sent me 2 codes that I couldn't use because my add friend function doesn't work, like so many of us!

Any input is welcome! If you think I'm missing the point or see things the wrong way please let me know. I'm ready to give up with GI because there's no use in talking to them if they don't read the ticket.

Hahaha Fred, to be honest she couldn't comment, she plays Simpsons and hayday so spends just as much time, if not more, than I do on her iPad. Best thing I did was buy her one so she couldn't complain

I've been playing hay day recently as an airport city substitute. It's fun,stress free,costs nothing to play and isn't broken! Gi take note!
