What's the best way to maximize the number of flight catering items? My flight catering facility is finally open, but now most of my planes are grounded all the time. Any helpful strategies would be appreciated.

Yes she has two runways 3 with a coal station at the side and 4 with a coal station at the end. She has 6 hangers - 2 red 2 blue and 1 each of green and brown.

I could use an air vent filter if you can find me. I'm a level 31 (although I don't always show up as that). My town hall is at the top left of my city and, moving towards the lower left, a bearing-wall house, university, flight school and 2x2 houses. I have a 4 and a 5 runway with 2 green, 2 tan and 2 red hangars.
