Not being able to see user's names is now getting really annoying - there are a lot of people I want to send stuff to, but all I see is blanks instead of names.

I agree! I had names come back yesterday right as I was about to gift, which was great. Only to have them all go back to username when I visited someone! Ack! I keep sending tickets to GI support.

Meanwhile, I was hoping someone here would have some insights into the soul net use. I'm still trying to get an amulet to drop so I can use it,
Also, do you have to have an aerosol can for each black wraith too?

Nwb2007, I think transmitter and frames can only be received for flights not gifts. ...at least you don't HAVe to buy them like shampoo.

I had the same trouble. The quest says banish black wraiths from your airport so I guess they don't count if you banish neighbors. CLEARLY, this is another GI glitch because the Soul Net crystal brings the wraiths to neighbors airports but not yours. I saw only one black wraith at my airport but neighbors showed 5 or 6.

I'm sending in a support ticket, and suggest you all do too.
