Are you sure you have defrosters?
I have deicer on level 29, sounds simmilar but is a different item.

Sorry but what's the difference between deceir and defroster. I am dutch, everything is translated (thank you airport city). That's nice
in the usual playing but a bit difficult in a international forum. It is also the reason why I haven't made my signature yet

Defroster (ontdooier) is only dropped on flights from Dubai (according to my list). Deicer (ijsbestrijder) isn't available from any flight (again according to my list) but only as a gift from level 29 and up.

I'm facing facts... no defrosters anywhere but Dubai. I too am focusing on jet flights and hoping for 2 more defrosters from Dubai. I would love 1 more insulation. I'm pretty sure some people have that in their gift bag.
