My game is the same and has been like this for a few days.
I think it's a glitch rather than us being barred, because there seems to be the same problem with numerous players...
I don't dare report it because GI will surely investigate my problem then ultimately declare me as a cheat etc.

Don't think it's anything to do with being blocked, in my experience you can still launch ok, you just have to do it alone. Haven't tried recently because there doesn't seem to be any point.
