Airplay with 7.0.6

Where is airplay in ios 7.0.6 on ipad 2 ? Also where is the control center on an ipad 2 ?

The Control Center is at the bottom, you have to drag it upwards from the bottom of the screen. You'll find the AirPlay icon there as well, if it's available.

It's in the middle, next to AirDrop in my screenshot.
