if you are jailbroken, yes.

Yep, as MoonlitSonata mentioned, if you're jailbroken, you can install the free Cydia tweak BytaFont which will let you change the system fonts on your iPad. There are 100s of font styles to pick from - I find it's hard to decide on one. So much choice!

But, no font changing on a stock iPad, sorry.
