A charging Issue

The charger is over a year old I have never had a company unless the warrently is lifetime replaced something that old. But I will give it a shot When I make my next trip into the city although not going to hold my breath.

They can be pretty lenient and accommodating, esp with product failure. They've replaced stuff out of warranty, according to various posters, at their discretion.

In my case, I dropped and shattered my iPhone -- entirely my fault -- and they offered me a free replacement, with only one question: What happened? I told them the truth and about 10 mins later left the store with a new phone after they'd transferred everything to my new phone. When I went in, I was expecting to pay for a repair.

In your place, I'd just bring in the charger and say it failed. When I request help from customer service people, I'm always polite, state my prob, don't go into details unless asked, and don't demand anything. I can't remember when people haven't been accommodating. All I say is, can you help me?
