6 week old iPad 2 - should I trade and add $150 to get New iPad?

I got my iPad 2 right after the New iPad was released; a local retailer had a $359 special for 16gb wifi only. My mother-in-law gave me the $ to get her husband one, but they aren't running that special any longer. I spoke with her and she's ok with either sending me the additional money, or giving her mine for $359 (+tax) and me getting the new iPad. I do very little video on it, no games with heavy graphics (pretty much just Draw Something); I have converted all of my magazine subscriptions to digital so the sharper text is the biggest draw for me. Thoughts?
