Will backing up my Tablet to my Desktop save all of my game data?

I have several games where I have a lot of progress. If I back it up to my computer through Itunes, will that come back if I restore?

It should, and usually does if nothing happens to interrupt the restore, then re-syncing of the apps (if necessary).

But, of course, there is no guarantee. Since the iPad restore from backup is an all or nothing deal, it's best to leave it as a last resort. You can't restore just one game, sad to say.
