    Can anyone help please

I accidentally deleted my iPhone back up on iTunes while sorting out my iPad and desperately want it back. I have a pc running vista. Is it possible to restore this back up as I want my Msgs and contacts back.

Did you check in the Recycle Bin ? If it is there just right click and select Restore.

Its. Not there. Think it may have been over written when iTunes auto synced when I plugged new phone in. Tried to recover deleted folders but no joy. Can you recover deleted messages any other way

If you do regular backups on your computer, then you might be able to restore the file from that.
