Whiteboards

Am looking for a whiteboard app that allows me to import PDF files, web pages, pictures, etc and mark them up either free hand or with pre-defined tools. I would link to be able to zoom in and out of the page as some of my pdf's are large drawings. Has anyone come across a similar app?

I use a SMART board and an app called Nue Annotate, which does everything you seem to need...
