Dear Areofly,
Thank you for confirming me about the license. I didn't think you could listen to the radio on a iPad without a radio License. However you can watch TV via some apps without a license as long as your in the right country which I strange. I still suggest you pay for a license if you watch It live on apps. If it's catchup or offline you shouldn't require a tv license.
