Video editing

Hello,

I am on the point of buying myself an Ipad but need to find the answers to a couple of questions before I do
.
Can you tell me please, if I shoot some video on the ipad, then edit it (which I believe I can do fairly easily?) can I then download the edited clips to my PC...if so, how please.

Second question...is it possible to use the ipad as a phone...possibly with an app.

Any of the good video editing apps have export to PC built in. iMovie and Pinnacle are the two good ones.

You can use VoIP apps to make calls (eg. Skype) but you cannot make cellular calls at all.

Okay, thanks for that...its nice to know what these things - or won't - do, before you purchase.
