Hi all, I am new to this group. Last year I purchased my new iPad2 and have encountered problems trying to up date to version 5.1. I tried using iTunes on my PC 6 times and it timed out each time. I then downloaded it using my browser which worked ok. However I have had no success installing it, the error 3194 comes up every time. I have Downloaded new version of itune Remove all USBs Checked windows is up to date Turned off security system and firewall Restarted my PC What else is there for me to do before I take it to an Apple store?
