unjailbreaking help please!

If i unjailbreak my ipad and it downloads all the apps i originally had on it...do those apps still have their data? like i have beats in rap rivals, fully beaten angry birds games...stuff like that...that i dont want erased if i decide 2 jailbreak/unjailbreak...
