I was away on vacation and transferred my photos on my camera to my IPAD. Then erased them on camera.
Now I am home and would like to transfer the ones I saved on my IPAD to my PC.
I am not sure how to do this.? Can someone help me.
Thanks
Joan

Here's a step-by-step guid on how to transfer photos from your iPad to your computer.

1. Connect your iPad to your PC or Mac.
2. Open file folder.
3. Go to photos.
4. Drag the photos you want from the folder to your desktop or a specific folder in your computer.

Outside my iPad, or was it inside?
Isn't the link talking about syncing from PC to iPad though?

I wouldn't let iTunes sync photos at any cost. Too easily can it just delete them. As mentioned earlier, the iPad does appear under Computer as a digital camera, so the images can simply be copied, as if the iPad were a USB drive.

You could get the PhotoSync app, install it on your iPad and computer. As long as they are both on the same wifi network this is a good solution.

Home - www.photosync-app.com

It won't do everything, but it has been surprisingly handy lately. Worth the $2 anyway.
