I purchased an iPad camera connection but when I attach it to camera and the iPad a box comes up saying that the accessory takes too much battery. Photos will not then transfer, is there an application I need to download?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

I have the CCK and attach my camera by way of the camera cable to the iPad and have never seen that box you speak of, I'm wondering if your camera has enough charge in it to do the upload. So charge your camera up or swap out the battery if that's how it works and give it another go, let us know if that works.
