This is kkidd54. I purchased the ipad 4 wifi. Trying some free apps and have figured out how to remove from the ipad but see it in the cloud. I don't want to mistakenly push the cloud icon under these deleted apps and find that it's being reinstalled.

Well, unfortunately, you can't stop that cloud from showing under icons you've downloaded (whether free or paid) and subsequently deleted.

However, if you we're to re-download them - you can just remove them again. You won't be charged for the app again (if you had paid for it before). Those apps are stored for you in Apple's account.

Thanks. I was trying different e print apps because the printer I had was not e print capable. I have since purchased a newer printer. THANKS AGAIN.
