Need some help in ipad mail

Hi,

I have this peculiar problem with one of the users using ipad .

Whenever the mail is replied , an extra random copy of some other mail gets attached in the reply , And i am not able to figure out the reason for the same .

Same thing from user's desktop is not happening , so i am sure this is not a server side issue .

Any indications to settings / configuration for ipad mail client will help .
