Madden NFL 11 top & highest grossing app already??

How is this possible as it only has 84 ratings. How can this also be the top paid app on the day it is released?? Ok its possible but I tend to think Apple pushes whatever apps they want! Any ideas?

I was going to buy this app on the store today. I've never had it on any platform, but then I read the app store reviews.

They range from A-Z. How do you make a decision with that much difference of opinion?
