Ipad problem

I have a ipad 1 , its not hakced , i whas upgrading to the new os and after the restart my ipad stays in grey .. i have tryied so many things and still dont have a clue what did happen ,, it gives me a error 37 on itunes please help thankyou

Welcome to the forum, sorry it's under frustrating circumstances. Generally Error 37 is caused by an interruption in the upgrade process involving data corruption and more often than not it's caused by a virus protection program or firewall setting.

Having said that I would try one thing first, reset your iPad:

Reset the iPad: You can do this by pressing the Home button and the Sleep/wake switch on the top the iPad's case and holding them down together for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. The iPad should then reset itself. The boot up process takes a few minutes and then the iPad should be responsive again.

If that doesn't work, and I suspect it won't, you'll probably have to restore your iPad to factory default. Here is how to do that:

Was that after doing the reset? U can always restore ur ipad but i hope u made ur back up before u got the error when the restore is done ur ipad should be back in the normal working state

The only way to download an Mp3 from the Internet would be to install a browser that can download files from the Internet.
