Ipad mail add new mail is on advance settings how to get it back to simple

his is an IPad 1with out that update and this was just working like 20mins ago because I just added an email on simple settings now it seems to be on some kind of advanced settings and it will not give me the message after I put in the email address and user and pass accepted or rejected it just goes to advanced how do I get this back to simple because just an hour ago I just learned about email setting and now this is asking me too much stuff I did not even learn about
