iPad ios update didn't complete

Hello,

The last ios update on or about 25 Sep wouldn't complete. It's perpetually stuck where it says "> slide to upgrade". This is very frustrating.

If someone in the forum knows how to proceed please share. Would really very much appreciate your help with this.

Try updating again, using iTunes on a computer. The iOS 9.01 update was supposed to fix this issue. We're on iOS 9.02 now, which should also fix the issue.

Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried several times - no joy, unfortunately. May just have to take it to an apple store.

Sad to hear. If you've got a nearby Apple Store, that's always a nice option.

Try a system restore. Hold down the power and home button until you get the cable connection then follow the instructions in iTunes on your computer. Hope you were using iCloud to backup the restore will show the most recent backup to restore from
