Hello, Im fairly new to the iPad and I wonder if there is a way to get an older version of an app restored, when you forgot to sync it. Is there a site or way to request older version .ipa files. something like oldversion.com but for ipa's
(In my case I am looking for a way to restore my VLC (a free app) form a buggy 1.1.0 to a 1.0.0 version.)

No, there is no legal way to provide older versions of apps as apple uses DRM to prevent any unauthorized sharing of apps. Even free apps are protected by DRM.
