IOS 6 Setup on IPAD2

Downloaded and installed IOS upgrade. Had to skip some of the setup as internet connection was bad. Is there a way to continue the setup?

Do you mean the 4-5 steps once the update was complete? No, you can go into settings to make sure everything is in order. I believe it asks you about your wifi network, asks if you want location services on or off, asks you to put in your AppleID password, etc. in most steps, the default is already there and you are just accepting them as correct. You should not need to do anything, but check your settings just in case.
