IOS 6.1.3 - No connection Verizon 3G

    Hello,
    I've looked for this problem in the forum, and couldn't find one other than from 2011.
    Anyway, after updating to IOS 6.1.3 I can no longer connect using the 3G from Verizon. I did read a previous thread dating back to 2010-2011 concerning the same problem with IOS 4. I've tried turning on/off the 3G; turning on/off the ipad. I've left messages with Verizon and haven't had any responses.
    Any suggestions?

    Have you tried going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings?

    Haven't tried that, will try when I get to work today, thanks for the suggestion.

    Didn't work, after I tried it I now have a dialogue box opening that basically says I have no 3G account. Calling Verizon when I get home tonight.

    Finally got it fixed. Seems there was a problem on the Verizon end. They reset some protocols and then had me reset. Works fine (if slow) at the moment.
