    Hey pals,

I am new to this forum. Got my iPad 2 some months back and enjoying it full time. However, I need your suggestions on great free apps to download. Also, please how do I get Microsoft office running in my machine? Thanks

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Apps are really a personal choice with what it is you're interested in. Appshopper is a great one to start with, it's an alternative way to browse for apps and you can input a wish list so that when they come on sale it will notify you. Great way of getting paid apps free. Evernote, Dropbox, and Flipboard Are other great apps.
Concerning Office apps, there are quite a few and here again it depends what features are important to you as none will have the entire capacity of Microsoft Office. Here are a couple of threads that 2 members took the time to do very good reviews of some apps that are available.
