IncrediMail box

My IncrediMail box disappeared after the last upgrade. It shows on the app upgrade but will not open from there & is
Completely gone from my ipad face. It works on my iPad mini so what's up with the iPad3? I've contacted IncrediMail &
have gotten no response ... So here I am .... PLEASE HELP!

Use spotlight search to find it: short swipe from anywhere on the screen to the bottom to reveal it:




When it's on your iPad somewhere, it should be found this way. Perhaps it's hidden in a folder. However, you should be able to access the app when you tap "Open".
Perhaps you enabled restrictions, and it's not "allowed" to open. Go to Settings - General - Restrictions and take a look at these.

If something isn't behaving as it should, try these usual fixes:

Restart the iPad: turn it off, wait for a few minutes, turn it on again.
Reset it: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. A reset is also recommended after updation iPad's software.
Force close apps: iOS 7: double tap Home button/four or five finger swipe to reveal multitask bar. Swipe thumbnails towards the top of the screen.
