if i turn off icloud will my apps still sync between devices?

Do you know what I mean? I don't need the data to be saved I just want to able to have the games go back and forth. Or does it have to save on there.

Also, what are some easy ways to free up more I loud space?

If you turn of icloud the data sync between apps will not work
So your only solution is free-up iCloud space or bye more storage.

To free up icloud space, you'll have to use itunes for backups and delete the backup data on icloud (not sure how to do that)
