How to get the Dictionary to work

Just got my wonderful iPad delivered and have installed iBooks and a couple of the free book downloads. When I select a word and tap Dictionary it tells me that I do not have a Dictionary for this Language. What is that all about? Do I need to install a separate dictionary for this to work?

I just downloaded an update to iBooks and now the dictionary feature works perfectly! Happy camper here.

I can't count how many times that has happened to me! If I am working on a particularly sticky problem and no amount of Googling will give me the answer, all I have to do is post a question on a forum and I am guaranteed to find the answer for myself before someone even has time to reply. Seriously, it works every time!
